The rules of the road for using wildelement.club.
Welcome to WildElement. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of wildelement.club (the “Site”) and any products, subscriptions or services you buy from us (“we”, “us”, “the Company”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
WildElement is a direct-to-consumer wellness brand selling food supplements in India through wildelement.club. You can reach us any time at support@wildelement.club.
WildElement products are food supplements formulated to FSSAI nutraceutical standards. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. WildElement+ is not a treatment for any sexual, hormonal or performance disorder. Information on the Site is for general wellbeing only and is not medical advice. Consult a qualified physician before use if you have a medical condition, take medication, or are unsure whether a product is right for you.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from us. By ordering, you confirm that you are 18 or over and that the information you provide is accurate.
All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may update prices, products and offers at any time. An order is confirmed once payment is authorised and you receive a confirmation from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (for example, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues), in which case we will refund any amount charged.
When you choose a subscription, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (every 30 days) at the applicable subscription price until you cancel. You can skip, pause or cancel any time from your account, with no cancellation fee — see our Refund & Cancellation policy. Changes take effect for future shipments not yet processed.
Payments are processed by our third-party payment partner over a secure connection. We do not store your full card details. You are responsible for any charges your bank or provider may apply.
You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. All content on the Site — including the WildElement name, logo, copy, designs and imagery — is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or products. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
