The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to try WildElement with zero risk. Take your product daily for 30 days from delivery of your first box. If you don’t feel the difference, email support@wildelement.club within 30 days and we’ll refund the purchase price of that first box — even if the box is empty. One guarantee claim per customer.

Order Cancellation

Need to cancel an order? If it hasn’t shipped yet, email us and we’ll cancel it and refund you in full. Once an order has shipped, it’s covered by our Shipping & Returns and guarantee terms.

How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Refunds are typically initiated within 2–3 business days of approval and reflect in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
For Cash on Delivery orders, we’ll collect your bank/UPI details to process the refund.

The short version: cancel whenever you like, and if it isn’t for you, we give your money back. All the risk is on us — exactly where it should be.
