- Dispatch: orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days.
- Delivery: usually 3–7 business days depending on your location. Remote pin codes may take a little longer.
- Tracking: you’ll receive tracking details by email/SMS as soon as your order ships.
- Discreet packaging: every order ships in plain, unbranded packaging. What’s inside is your business.
- Subscriptions: your renewal ships automatically every 30 days, timed so you don’t run out.
Returns
Because our products are consumable supplements, we handle returns carefully to keep everyone safe:
- Damaged, defective or wrong item: email support@wildelement.club within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll send a free replacement or a full refund.
- Unopened boxes: if you change your mind, unopened, unused boxes in original condition can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund of the product value.
- Opened boxes: for hygiene and safety reasons we can’t accept returns of opened boxes — but if you’re simply not satisfied, you’re covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee instead (see Refund & Cancellation).
How to Start a Return
Email support@wildelement.club with your order number and what’s wrong. We’ll guide you through it and arrange pickup or a replacement quickly.
